Hi, I have just noticed that the video upload from my camera stopped in late January, I believe my subscription is up to date and payment is still being taken.

Please could you issue a refund for the period when video upload wasn't working and please could you fix the problem about video upload.

Dear Phil, thank you for contacting. In fact, we do not know if the customer upload or not upload from our side because it is all by the user setting and camera local status.
Would you please:
1. Check if the SD card is healthy.
