Answer of your leaving message
My recordings ends with .part extension. I'm recording on home hard drive storage, no cloud, just WiFi. Every 12 minutes a new .part file is stored but I can't play them. No player plays that extension.

What I've tried:
format card / internal storage.
Unmount / mount external storage.
Stop / run recording mode.
Decrease space in GB dedicated to recording.
Nothing has worked.

1-. My connection is WiFi > Time Capsule > Drive attached to Time Capsule. My setup in iOS device is NAS (SMB/CIFS) > Shared Folder > //ModimaTimeCapsule.local/ExternalDisc/HomeCCCTV. I establish connection from iOS device with WiFi network's user and password and the disc mounts and a new folder is created for the day (if not already).
It used to work very well, I could see .avi files without problem; I don't know since which version update the .part began to appear.
2-. No, I can't play the .part files even though I change to .avi. Some files are extremely small (kb) to be recording files.

I forgot to mention: I won three cameras from Amaryllo: iCam, iCamPro and iSensor. The problem is the same for all.

I reinstalled firmware as suggested. The problem continues: the .part files are transferred to external disk folder storage, no .avi files. I share some pictures with you below. However, it's interesting that iCamPro does have .avi files recorded in SD Card storage and I can watch them with player when I take the card out of iCamPro and I insert it in my Mac. So, iCamPro does record and create avi files every 12 minutes as expected, but when transferring such files to externar media, they just transfer .part; as if iCamPro would transfer files before they are completed or closed or locked, something like that.

Dear Mauricio, thank you for kind waiting. The .part file should be auto converted to .avi every 12 minutes to upload if continual upload is selected. Only less than 12 minutes file could be .part format.
May we know if it is a NAS connection at home ? If you change the .part to .avi, is it readable ?

Thank you for the good information and description. Very strange. It is more and less the local file transmission, we could not see the connection logs and status here. - -

While the engineer is trying to test and duplicate it here:

The file size is obviously too small for a 12 min video clip. Therefore, it is the .part file which is not a complete readable file. Uploading is not complete causing it.

1. May we know if the WIFI router connects the external internet ?
2. The NAS setting is :
NAS shared folder - could we remove the "." from it to try ?
NAS account name
NAS password

Here we provide the ICAMPro firmware downgrade method for you to try to see if it is caused by the firmware, just in case. ( no clue yet )

A. Please must use this tool to format the SD card on PC ( check health )

Rebuild the firmware from the external SD card :

B. Download file : [ to PC ]
- Uncompress/unzip it to root directory of a MicroSD card [PC->SD]
- Insert the card to the camera
- Plug power cord of it. CAM will auto detect the codes in the Card to
do the update ( blue light is on )
- Wait till front blue and green led are blinking with 2 beeps. (About
1-2 minutes)
- Unplug power cord
- Take card out.
- Plug power cord again and the blue led will keep blink ( waiting for installation )

Installation: / If you are successful, please erase the card for normal use.

PS – this is what you see during the process
Insert the card with unzipped files
Plug in power Short beep ( camera detect and read the files ) in 5 seconds
After about 40 seconds Two short beeps ( writing complete )
Blue and Green lights blinking – done ( wrote in )
Unplug the power Remove the SD and erase it

Dear, we have tried all methods to duplicate here, but no progress and can not duplicate it. Sorry. Would you like to:

1. Apply cloud drive to see if uploading is ok and normal ? We need to
see if it is caused by hardware or local equipment/environment.
2. Provide us a comparison screenshots for the SD content read by PC and
same content in NAS folder for better understanding.
