HI the camera connects to the wifi network and disconnects, then connects then disconnects over and over again.
Is there a solution for this? Just purchased camera did firmware update still same problem doesn't appear to have good wifi connection although camera and phone for viewing are approx. 15 feet from router. Thank you

Please download Speedtest app to test the camera location if the WIFI (not 4G) upload speed is > 1.5M which is required for min connection ability.

If over, then, check the SD card or exchange a SD card.
Please must use this tool to format the 8/16/32G SD card on PC

If not solved, please apply another set of AC and USB cable to monitor for 24 hours to see if the accessory causes the problem.
