Answer of your leaving message
amaryllo app gives me this message "An error occurred while accessing the server (9)" when i press the settings button / tab.
the unit is online and i can view live footage, but can access the settings, i just get this message -"An error occurred while accessing the server (9)"

Sorry, can not duplicate it here. It sounds as mobile live view is OK, but access to Setting is NG with a error code 9, correct ?

Shall we consider a hardware reset and reinstall to try ?

Or you have done it but not solved ?
If Hardware reset does not fix it, the hardware defect possibility is higher.

PS. Please ensure the WiFi "upload" speed is > 1.5M by app speedtest testing.
