When the device is plugged in, the blue light is solid, by the device doen’t calibrating. The device doesn’t react to the buttons at the bottom of the device. How to solve this problem?

For iSensor, if the camera does not response to the hardware reset, it has internal component defective which requires a physical repair. Sorry.
