hello my amaryllo hd 360 doesn't work anymore. The blue led light is always on and the camera doesn't respond to any function. I tried to reset it but with no result. When i plug the power chord the camera doesn't start the rotation test. Are there assistance center in rome? thank you.

Dear Roberto, thank you for the mail.

Please kindly try this method to see if it is recoverable.

It takes steps and time to verify it.

1. Exchange a SD card to try first. If no help,
2. Exchange a AC/USB cable to try.

If no help .....

If the blue is still on, the camera does NOT response to the hardware reset :

This is the last step to try :

Please try this below :
A. Please must use this tool to format the SD card on PC
Rebuild the firmware from the external SD card :
Download file
- Uncompress/unzip it to ROOT directory of a MicroSD card [PC->SD] ( 1 file and 1 folder )
- Power off the camera
- Insert the card to the camera
- Plug power cord of it. CAM will auto detect the codes in the Card (a beep) to do the update ( blue light is on )
- Wait till front blue led and green light are blinking ( 2 beeps ). ( About 1-2 minutes – it is done )
- Unplug power cord
- Take card out and erase the card
- Plug power cord again and the blue led will keep blink ( waiting for installation )

Installation: , If you are successful, please erase the card for normal use.

PS – this is what you see during the process

Insert the card with unzipped files
Plug in power Short beep ( camera detect and read the files ) in 5 seconds
After about 40 seconds Two short beeps ( writing complete ) Blue and Green lights blinking – done ( wrote in - successful )
Unplug the power
Remove the SD and erase it

The repair center is in Asia. Let see if it is recoverable there first.
