hello my amaryllo Patio doesn't work anymore. The blue led light is always on and the camera doesn't respond to any function. I tried to reset it but with no result. When i plug the power cord the camera doesn't start the rotation test.

Dear Gerald, thank you for the mail and good description. For Patio, if the camera does not response to the reset or reboot->auto-rotation even by exchanging a AC and USB cable trial, the camera may have an internal component defective requiring a physical repair.
