To whom it may concerned; I purchased your product a year ago and its been nothing but a pain in my butt,it keeps going off line and reconnecting its a headache,I've been trying to reconnect for 3 days now what a disappointment i wish i never bought this crap never again will i purchase anything from your company or recommend it to anyone it belongs in the garbage.

Dear Saul, sorry to hear it. Few items to check if helpful,

1. 2.4G Wifi upload speed must be > 1.5M
2. The lamp head has no physical dent/damage
3. SD card must be good and health

Final check, you may move the USB power plug off from the back of the camera and plug in a stand-alone set AC and USB cable to see if better. If it is better and ok, it means the original AC inside or the cable may be defective causing the unstable connectivity.

Unplug the USB cable on the back of the camera. And apply an AC and USB cable (ex. mobile phone's) to supply the power to the camera directly. And, try to see if it works better. If it does, it means the original power supply set is not good. Thank you

So, use the independent AC and USB cable, it works good ? But use the original lamp tube, it does not, correct ? If so, the original power supply set is defective. Can you double-confirm the situation ?
