Hi, I am unable to reset the camera it is continuously showing solid blue even after long pressing the reset button as per the user instructions. The camera does not have SD card support which I can otherwise use to upgrade the firmware manually. Could you please advise other available options? Thanks.

Dear Jin, thank you for the mail. For Koova, if the camera does not response to the hardware reset button, the camera may have internal component defective which may need a physical repair back to factory. Please verify and justify if needed. Thank you.
