Dear Team,
the cam lost contact with the app, then I tried to factory re-set but this does not work. Further, when plugging with power the cam's blue LED is constantly on, no motor calibration. Thank you for your help. Thomas

Dear Thomas, thank you for the mail.
For Patio, if the camera does not response to the hardware reset ( no beep ) and the blue led is on still ( no blinking )
The camera has an internal hardware defective which requires a physical repair.
