the reset button is not working. So for that reason I can't reinstall the device (and for that reason the blue light stays on)

Dear Aldo, thank you for contacting.
For iSensor, if the camera does not response to the reset or reboot->auto-rotation even by exchanging a AC and USB cable trial,
the camera may have an internal component (memory) defective requiring a physical repair. ( same as the filesystem error or filesystem not supported symptoms )
