my camera works fine for last few months and it is not working now,
no green light, solid blue light , had " error device is off line " message on the cell phone,
can not reset by the botton button , please advise me ...

Dear Peter, thank you for the mail.

For iSensor, if the camera does not response to the hardware reset or reboot->auto-rotation behavior even by exchanging a AC and USB cable trial,
the camera may have an internal component (memory) defective requiring a physical repair in Taiwan.
Let us know if you consider it after justification and consideration.
