Come posso riattivarla? Grazie per l'aiuto. Marianna

my ID Camera iCMa0fs1p stopped working suddenly. It turns out offline with the blue light on and I can not reset it. If I remove the power socket it does not make any calibration but the solid blue light turns on again and it is always offline. If I try to reset it by pressing the reset button, I do not hear a beep and the ID Camera stays with the blue light on again, as I did nothing!! How can I reactivate/reinstallate it? Thanks for your help. Marianna

Dear Marianna, thank you for the mail.
Let's rewrite the firmware as the last try to recover this camera.

Unplug power,

Please must use this tool to format the SD card on PC

Rebuild the firmware from the external SD card :
This is a manual re-build firmware procedure for your reference (recovery and cure rate is more than 90%)

Download file
- Uncompress/unzip it to ROOT directory of a MicroSD card [PC->SD] ( one folder and one file )
- Insert the card to the camera
- Plug power cord of it. CAM will auto detect the codes in the Card (a
beep) to do the update ( blue light is on )
- Wait till front blue and green leds are blinking. (About 2-3 minutes)
- Unplug power cord
- Take card out.
- Plug power cord again and the blue led will keep blink ( waiting for installation )

Installation: , If you are successful, please erase the card for normal use.

PS – this is what you see during the process

Insert the card with unzipped files
Plug in power
Short beep ( camera detect and read the files ) in 5 seconds
After about 40 seconds
Two short beeps ( writing complete )
Blue and Green lights are blinking – done ( wrote in )
Unplug the power
Remove the SD and erase it

Yes. Need the SD card to do the recovery trial described in last reply.
