I've reset our unit a number of times but it wont transmit a signal and keeps giving an "error device is offline". The green and blue lights are both light constant. It's moving and tracking as it should btu i cant connect to it. Please help.

I've tried using the camera on another network and I've encountered the same issue. I've moved a camera from a different network here and it works fine.

It sounds the app has lost the connection with the camera already. And the hardware reset is not performed correctly.

1. Please remove/exchange the SD card in case it causes the problem
2. Please use app "speedtest" to test the wifi upload speed (must> 1.5M) as our
reference
3. Please use the mobile phone charging set to the camera to see if the
accessory causes the problem. (cross checking)

Yes, it sounds the camera hardware is ok and operating, but the wifi connection drops, so the mobile app can not connect to the camera successfully.



The last try is the install/connect the camera with another wifi source to see if it can connect well. If the disconnection is still, then, we may judge it as more hardware problem direction, such as: wifi board/ cable ..... etc. which requires a physically check and repair. Thank you

This is a manual re-build firmware procedure for your reference :

A. Please must use this tool to format the SD card on PC

Rebuild the firmware from the external SD card :

- Uncompress/unzip it to ROOT directory of a MicroSD card [PC->SD] ( one
folder and one file )
- Insert the card to the camera
- Plug power cord of it. CAM will auto detect the codes in the Card (a beep)
to do the update ( blue light is on )
- Wait till front blue and green leds are blinking. (About 2-3 minutes)
- Unplug power cord
- Take card out
- Plug power cord again and the blue led will keep blink ( waiting for
installation )
