Hi
My camera suddenly stopped working, I only noticed this morning.
On further investigation:
1 Swapped the power lead, still not working.
2 Swapped the Plug-in Power adapter with a Kindle version and it then worked.

So the good news is the camera and power lead are ok.
But the Plugin power adapter appears to be faulty, how do I go about requesting a replacement please ?

2 If I was to ask to buy one from you, you are saying you do not even offer that option because of cost ?
3 The actual adapter spec is:

240v (UK input). = 5volt/2amp output ?

Ok so what you are telling me is that its not covered, I thought under EU law if something went faulty it was covered for 6 years are you telling me, this is nit true ?

Well mine are over 13 mths old.

So seems pointless, ok thanks.

For the AC adapter, it is a generic standard 5v2a spec which you can find (most mobile device use this spec) or buy it locally. The shipment from Asia costs too much than the AC itself. Thank you for kind understanding.



Please provide the AMID on the app homepage screen for warranty verification purpose. Yes, to buy from Asia, the shipment cost will make it no much sense (not justified) since it is a standard AC spec. Yes, output is 5v2a type. Thank you

The standard warranty is 13 months after shipment. Please provide the AMID on the app homepage for warranty verification. Thank you.
